As in the 1935 and 1973 Constitutions, the 1987 Constitution offers that “[t]he judicial electric power shall be vested in a single Supreme Court and in these types of reduce courts as could possibly be established by law.” (Art. VII, Sec. 1). The exercising of judicial electric power is shared by the Supreme Court with all reduced courts, but
